Summer Forms

All camp forms are sent to families in mid-April and may be downloaded from the list on the right. These forms will help ensure the health and safety of your daughter and will help us prepare for the summer. We use the camper profile information to select camp sisters, counselors, and arrange the bunk area so please fill them out as honestly as possible. The optional activity form helps us plan your child’s activity schedule.
